HEATING MAT TRIVOLT

The heating mat consists of a thin heating cable laid on a self-adhesive fibreglass mesh. With an electric heating mat we can create underfloor heating in any space.

Installing a heating mat under the tiles

The installation of the electric heating mat is easy because the fibreglass mesh on which the heating wires are attached is self-adhesive. This makes it easy to glue the heating mat to the substrate. Lay out the heating floor mat, rub in the adhesive and lay the tiles. We use flexible adhesives to bond the heating mats and tiles.

  4. Concrete screed (floor)

HEATING MATS - PARAMETERS

The heating wires themselves are Teflon-coated which provides extreme resistance to high temperatures up to 250 °C. The width of the heating mat is always 50 cm and is available in different lengths according to the table below. The heating mat is always made to a fixed length and cannot be shortened.  The top PVC insulation is resistant to a temperature of 105 °C. The maximum temperature achievable with the mat is up to 75 °C.
